i just read my last post and realised how 'emo' i was being. haha
anyway, there was prac today at 9 in school.
mei xuan and i had planned to meet at 8.45 at the concourse to go through some of the carols before prac.
so i left my house earlier at about 7.35 and took the bus that left at 7.45
little did i expect to reach school at like 8.20!
i mean seriously, isn't there supposed to be traffic or something at this time?!
plus there weren't many people in the bus and very few people were waiting for the bus at the bus stops. and the driver was like driving quite fast.
AND almost all the traffic lights were green!
and on top of that, it was a double decker bus, which USUALLY takes a significantly longer time to reach the destination.
this sucks.
the days i'm already hard pressed for time, the driver will drive like super slow, and all the traffic lights will be against us. and there will be tonnes and tonnes of people waiting to board or alight the bus.
ugh.
anyway, i met mei xuan at the concourse at like 8.43. vanessa[who, at first, wasn't able to make it for today's prac] and jemimah also came with her.
then it was time for prac, and after warm ups we spilt into our groups for carolling.
abel and olivia conducted most of the songs today.
after that the altos and basses learnt O Come and we sang SATB.
later, both groups met back at LT3 and each group sang one song for the other group to watch and listen.
then we had lunch break, when ruby and i went to parkway for lunch. i totally couldn't finish even half my food, even though my stomach was growling like siao during morning prac.
ruby and i were talking about random stuff and how we both screwed up simple questions in O level maths papers. haha
but, i say this again: what's done is done. we can only look forward to the future and pray to god we get our desired results.
went to siglap for afternoon prac after lunch with ruby.
chorale and year2s were there too. we spent like 30mins just trying to find a room that was available for us to practise in.
during prac, i was super happy to find out that my leonardo is actually pretty good, contrary to what i thought earlier on. i guess i just had to practice with the choir to get the hang of it (:
but i felt bad when we practised mate saule. because i lost my score and wasn't able to learn it up by today ):
but jun liang was nice enough to lend me his score, since he couldn't find a fresh piece and had already memorised the song. thank you jun liang (:
i still feel bad though. i don't like borrowing people's stuff.
oh! which reminds me. indrie FINALLY came for prac and i returned her her $5 that i borrowed last week. she totally forgot about it until i reminded her. [damn, me and my big mouth]

she was like begging si ting, cheryl, deborah and me to help her take a photo of her and this tkss guy who was wearing a school shirt with the crest on it. haha
in the end cheryl helped her take a photo of indrie and si ting with the tkss guy[whose name i do not know. actually, i don't even know if he's a year0 from tkss, or a year1 who was from tkss]
deborah and i took 16 to school bus stop, after which she went back to school for something and i waited for 31.
halfway through the long bus ride back home this group of 3 people sat down across the isle from me. 2 guys and a girl. and GOODNESS were they LOUD.
i mean, the way they were
so inconsiderate.
ok, so maybe i've spoken loudly in the bus before too. but i swear, i have never spoken so loud!

now i have to go for bhajans. i really don't want to go.
i'm like super tired. especially since my biological clock was being stubborn, and didn't allow me to fall asleep until about 1am, when i actually went to bed at around 11pm. PLUS i woke up at about 6.20am instead of 7am, when i was planning to wake up.
hm...i realised i've only been narrating my entire day whenever i post. maybe i should try posting about more insightful things.

i'm not feeling very insightful today.
